Cancellation Policy
Eligibility: Primarily for clients who purchased their Bio-Well device directly from us. Users who purchased from other distributors are welcome, but the session is limited to 30 minutes. Proof of purchase may be requested at booking. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may restrict future bookings. Additional Notes: This session is educational and wellness-focused, not medical advice. Session materials are for personal use only; redistribution is prohibited without permission. This is a complementary service offered at the discretion of Bio-Vibrations. Service availability may change, and we reserve the right to modify or remove this offering at any time.
